Let me paint the picture for you. A super talented musician which you don't know of hands you their cd. They suggest you support the arts by handing them any amount of money. The CD is written in sharpie and clearly zero visuals presented. You may decide to give them a few bucks but have no interest in playing the cd at all. It just so happens the project is undeniably good but you never pressed play because nothing grabbed your attention to do so. Meet the issue of many today. A failure to give attention to the cover art is a deciding factor for many across the world.

In order to resolve the issue we have created a new show called ArtWerk. ArtWerk is all about the visual elements surrounding musical artists from their fashion to their social media to their SEO. We provide honest feedback about how well all of the aesthetic qualities combine together to create a cohesive brand for the artist. The program takes place on our periscope channel: idOMusicOnline.

In order to have your werk reviewed we ask you submit the following:

  • 1 Project with Album Art
  • 2-3 Songs with Cover Art
  • Social Media Accounts (Instagram, Facebook Fan Page, YouTube, IDM Online Account, etc.)
  • 1 Music Video Photoshoot (Online)
  • Logo
  • Electronic Press Kit
  • Other (Relevant Visuals, Interviews, etc.)

Now that you know what is necessary to be reviewed below is the exact directions to send us over the ArtWerk.

  1. Put ArtWerk in the subject line of email.
  2. Include Twitter Handle or you will not receive the tweet in time for the show.
  3. Clearly label each element you are submitting.
  4. Pronounce your artist name if you feel it will be difficult to read.
  5. Follow us on periscope.tv/idomusiconline, @Teamwerk1094on Twitter, and @pwrmarketing on IG.

Any questions about submissions can be emailed to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. The shows created is an attempt to help empower today's musicians and bring back artist development. Show your support by tuning in or sharing with a friend who could benefit from the knowledge. Every Wednesday night at 8pm check it out.
