It's time to drop that next single or service the community with a new beat pack but question is how do you get the word out? If you haven't built a significant audience and not just social media how do you effectively make an impact? The answer indeed is found in your marketing plan and the budget baby! This is normally where the conversation goes left and stories of having it or not is constantly brought up. Well do you have at least $30?
In 2019 how and who can deny you anything? Who exactly are you waiting for to get started on the future you are pursuing? We would like to welcome you to the here and now with our new season of Weekend Werkshops. The first of many will be music mogul Ray Daniels of Raydar Entertainment.
It's Friday so we providing you with not only a new episode of The IdOMUSIC Podcast featuring nothing but Grammy audio engineers this week but our weekly playlist as well. We have four quality engineers speaking on their introduction to engineering and a playlist with everything from Seal to Kanye West, to Beck and some Fetty Wap.
One thing you shouldn't do is sleep on the importance of the audio engineer.. Often times at the studio, the engineer will get asked to teach and share the knowledge. You shouldn't be in your feelings if they aren't all ready to give up the keys to their quality sound. Let us not mention the added headaches necessary to even receive credit on werk they completed. We have a starting point for you and the Engineer's Corner assembled of the Patchwerk Recording Studios audio engineers is a great look.
The Tight 32 Emcee and Producer Contest is entering its third year. I wanted to share where I think the gifted are missing their shot at maximizing the opportunities presented through the IdOMUSIC & Patchwerk Recording Studios platform.
I often get asked questions about the Patchwerkstudio engineers being able to offer teaching lessons to the ones interested in learning. What I don't see however is the same people attending these powerful werkshops conducted by the marketing team at studio. Recently a werkshop was held where the entire audio engineering staff came out to talk to the people. Those in attendance received a boatload of info and got the chance to talk to the owners as well. People travelled across the country to obtain the info.
Last night show had a wide range of artist and producers submit singles with a lot of opportunity to be quality records. We have compiled all tracks reviewed and can be found below for your listening pleasure. The goal again with Cookies and Lemonade is to review your music and share with the Patchwerkstudio & IdOMUSIC audience who seek to hear something new. Who knows what may happen or what could come from simply pressing play on the track.
Woke up to a text message from one of the alumni members of the Patchwerk Marketing team notifying me the VH1 show, SIGNED, finally set an air date. Patchwerk Recording Studios was home to the cast of Lenny Santiago, Rick Ross, and The Dream who are judges seeking the best unsigned talent in the country. These three veterans in the music game are bringing their creative genius and business skills together for the music competition reality series set to air Wednesday July 26th, 2017.
Oh I know what you are thinking today. Where in the world is that Patchwerk Recording Studio Playlist right?? Our monthly contest called That Tight Thirty Two On Thurzdayz(Tight 32) Emcee and Producer contest recently wrapped up with Lelah Mills taking the title for the month of July. As always the contest brings about various emcees from all walks of life and is celebrated with the winner rocking the IdOMUSIC stage to showcase their full ability. Armed with the production of our Tight 32 producer of the month's Robert Limbo, Lelah was able to dress her 32 bars up and show out.
